Valley Bar wins National Cider and Perry Pub of the Year
CAMRA has named The Valley Bar in Scarborough the National Cider and Perry Pub of
the Year. Congratulations!
Linda Soden said: "Yorkshire is hardly a county known for cider and perry, but we are extremely passionate about it and it is wonderful to have been given this CAMRA award. The people to thank are small cider producers for continually providing such a superb product. Other publicans should try to sell real cider and perry as their customers will thank them for it."
The Valley Bar hosts a beer and cider festival every month, see http://www.valleybar.co.uk for details.
