Warminster Maltings

Posted in

Warminster MaltingsWarminster MaltingsThere were some guided tours of Warminster Maltings as part of the recent Heritage Open Days. Warminster maltings is one of only 4 remaining traditional maltings in the UK. They produce high quality malt from local barley which they sell to small breweries all round the country (and as far abroad as New Zealand). It is well worth a visit if you get the chance. Here are a few pictures.
